After doing some prep work to the walls we gave the trim, doors and stairway spindles a white semi gloss finish and the stairway, hallway and foyer walls a neutral flat finish providing a clean natural look.
After doing some prep work to the walls and trim throughout the bathroom, hallways, stairway foyer, living room and dining room, we started out by giving the trim and doors throughout the house and stairway spindles a fresh semi gloss finish.

On the bathroom walls we applied an eggshell finish which is great for bathrooms as its easy to clean.
In the foyer,dining room, living room and hallway we applied an earthy flat finish to all the walls giving a homey feel throughout the house.

We also added some variety to the dining room by adding a two-toned finish above and below the wainscoting.
